The worst customer service I have ever encountered! Yes, their products are good even though the fit is highly erratic; just everywhere as far as sizing is concerned, but their website is the absolute worst! It goes down in the middle of making a purchase, it shows items are and aren't available while blinking, it request that you accept cookies every 2 seconds, and it doesn't recognize orders upon trying to complete an exchange. All of this was concurred upon speaking with a representative for the first time after spending hours calling daily (multiple times throughout the day). I almost fainted when he answered. They play the same stupid song over and over and pretend to be busy answering "all" their lines. They give you the option to leave a message where they will return your call. Even after I've challenged them to call, THEY HAVEN'T! The rep assured me he would send out return labels and never did. I spent thousands of dollars. Thank goodness Macy's allowed me to return all their items and will be reviewing their partnership as they convert to primarily online sales(thanks to an uncle whom works as a higher up).
