YOU MADE A NAME FOR YOURSELF AT SXSW – ARE FESTIVAL APPEARANCES AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO SURPRISE NEW CROWDS?
Definitely. Performing at festivals is absolutely a great chance to show versatility because each artist can get a relatively long set to put together an unique repertoire. This can show a lot of different types of songs and different sides of artistry.
WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT YOUR INVOLVEMENT WITH SUPERDRYSOUNDS?
This is the first time that I’m gonna visit the UK! I’m bringing my bilingual R&B/Hip hop and EDM tracks to perform, and I hope the crowd will at least like one of them! Haha.
YOU CAN SING, DANCE AND RAP – WHAT CAME FIRST?
I think dancing came first. I’ve never been trained on how to sing and rap (like most I suppose) but I started taking dance lessons since I was four years old.

Coco Lee is a female artist that gave me lots of inspiration. She made me work harder.

Jorja Smith is my favorite UK artist.
DOES STYLE GO HAND-IN-HAND WITH YOUR ARTIST IMAGE?
I think so. My artist image matches the easy but sassy attitude of my style.

I do -- however in the making of my feed I was just being myself, and I’ve always wanted to show the different sides of my personality.
