Our Returns Policy (Internet orders only)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear, swimwear or cosmetics (including fragrance) if they have been used, opened or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us FREE of charge with Collect+ (applicable for returns within the UK only).

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form.

It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

 
UK Delivery

Standard delivery for the UK is FREE. Our other delivery services include:

For UK delivery, we use a range of carriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD and Yodel.


FREE Standard Tracked Delivery

Our standard Tracked Delivery is FREE. This is a 48 hour tracked service.

This also includes deliveries on Saturdays. Orders placed before 08:00pm (UK Time) Monday - Friday are despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 08:00pm Friday (UK Time) are dispatched on Monday. All other orders are despatched on the next working day.

This service adheres to our courier’s terms and conditions.

 
Click & Collect Delivery

Click & Collect delivery is a FREE delivery service. Orders can be shipped to any of the Superdry stores listed on the website as a delivery location*. Your order can then be collected from the specified store during normal opening times.

Order by 8:00pm Mon-Fri for collection from 12:00 midday the next day.

Orders placed on a Saturday will be available for collection from 12:00 midday on Monday.

Orders placed by 5:00pm Sunday evenings will be available for collection from 12:00 midday on Monday.

Orders placed before 8:00pm (GMT) on a working day are despatched on the same day. All other orders are despatched on the next working day.

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that it is on its way to your specified store.

When your order is delivered to your specified Click & Collect location an email and SMS message will be sent informing you of its delivery. After you receive your delivery notification please go to your selected store to collect your items taking with you your order confirmation email and proof of ID, if someone else will be collecting your order they will need to bring your proof of ID.

Any member of staff will be happy to assist you to show you where you can collect your order from within the store.

* This service is for collection from Superdry stores only, this does not include concessions or outlets. Superdry stores in Aberdeen & Inverness are not included in this service.

 
Next Day Delivery

We offer 2 types of Next Day delivery services:

Next Day is a 24 hour service, this includes Saturday delivery. The cost of this service is £3.95.

You can order up to 10:00pm (UK Time) Monday - Friday for Next Day delivery.

Orders are despatched on the same day. All other orders are despatched on the next working day. This service adheres to Royal Mail and DPD terms and conditions.


Pre 12 Next Day Delivery

Do you need your order in a hurry? Order for delivery by 12:00 midday, the next day.

Next Day Pre 12 delivery service is delivered by DPD and is available Monday to Friday, the charge for this service is £6.00 and cannot be used for delivery on a Saturday.

For Pre 12 Next Day, orders need to be placed before 08:00pm (UK Time) Monday - Friday are despatched on the same day. All other orders are despatched on the next working day.

 
How do I return goods to you?

Changed your mind? For free of charge and hassle free returns, please follow the following steps:

    1. Fill in your Returns form included with your order and enclose it with your parcel. Please note: it is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
    2. Write your Superdry order number on the Collect+ label included with your order. Peel off the label and stick it on your parcel.
    3. Drop your parcel off at any one of 5,250 local stores offering the Collect+ service. Make sure you get your returns receipt and code so you can track your order.

Collect+ has parcel drop points in over 5,250 local stores open early ‘til late, seven days a week.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, please ensure you keep the returns receipt and code safe, so you can track your order.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our clothes.

 
Collect+ Delivery

Collect+ delivery is FREE for standard 72hr delivery. Orders can be shipped to UK Collect+ locations specified on the Superdry website where they will be held awaiting collection for a period of 10 days.

Orders placed before 04:00pm (UK Time) Monday - Friday are despatched on the same day. All other orders are despatched on the next working day.

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included.

When your order is delivered to the specified Collect+ location an email and/or SMS message will be sent informing you of its delivery. Collect+ orders will then be held for a period of 10 days with SMS reminders during this period. After this period the package will be returned to us.

 
How long does the Return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from our receipt of your goods, for your return to be processed. Once this has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation).

After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow up to 5 working days for exchanged goods to be delivered or for a refund to be credited to your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer.

 
FREE Returns

It is FREE to return your items to us within the UK as long as you use the paperwork we enclose with your order and you take it to a Collect+ store local to you.

 
Specific Day Delivery

The date of delivery can be selected at the time of purchase. This service is available for £3.95. Specific day delivery dates are available Monday - Saturday. This service cannot be used as a next day delivery service.

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included.

If your order can fit through the letter box, it will be delivered and marked as such on the tracking system.

If you are not at the delivery address and the item does not fit through the letter box, a card will be left informing you of how to arrange collection or redelivery of your order if available.

 
Return in branch (UK Only)

You may return items purchased online to any Superdry store (in the UK) for an exchange or a refund. The return needs to be made within 28 days of receipt. Superdry concessions cannot accept returns.

If you wish to return in branch, you must present your receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. Refunds can only be made onto the original card or original payment method used.

We ask that you take reasonable care of purchased goods whilst they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would in our stores, but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

 
Do you deliver to BFPO?

Yes we do. All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.

We are unable to send parcels over 2Kg to BFPO addresses, so large orders may be split over multiple parcels.

 
Returns from the United States

If you are returning your item(s) from the US, Please complete the Returns Form and attach the label provided to your package. Both are enclosed with your order.

Once your return is received in New York it will then be forwarded to the Superdry distribution centre in the UK.

Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be processed after we have received your goods in the UK. Once this has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation).

Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original packaging with the correct documentation enclosed.

Liability

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we would recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service. Please keep a note of any return delivery reference numbers so you can track your order.

 
Do you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

 
Has my order been dispatched?

We will keep you updated with information about your order.

You should receive an email notification to let you know that your order has been received and then as soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent another email to confirm that it's on its way. This will also provide you with information to track your parcel.

 
How will my money be refunded?

Your refund will be credited through the same method or back onto the same card with which the original purchase was made. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

 
I have received an incorrect or faulty item in my order

It’s really important to us that your order is correct and is received in the best condition. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible as we would like to resolve any issue for you straightaway.

Please note, that due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

 
Have you received my returned goods?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we'll confirm if it was received.

If you have returned your parcel using the FREE Collect+ service or any other tracked or registered service, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced

We are really sorry if we made a mistake when processing your request.

If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, this may be because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted. In this case we would automatically issue you with a refund and email to let you know.

The amount you have been refunded may be affected by the delivery charge, which would only be refunded for cancelled orders made under Distance Selling Regulations or if the whole order is faulty.

If you were expecting a refund and we sent you replacement goods, please get in touch with our customer service team so we can sort it out for you. In the absence of instructions from you, we will assume you want a refund for the returned goods.

An item is missing from my order

If you seem to have an item missing from your order, it is worth just checking the paperwork that came with your order.

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible as we would like to resolve this for you straightaway.

International Delivery

There are some countries we ship to for free.

If you would like to place an order and arrange for a delivery outside of the UK, we also offer free delivery within North America (Canada, Mexico and the USA) Australia and Europe.

For all other delivery destinations an international delivery charge is applied to your order*.

When placing an order for an international delivery, please remember to check the estimated delivery date and delivery charge at the checkout.

* The order and any delivery charges applied will show in the local currency at checkout.

How we deliver to international countries

Express International deliveries are largely made using DHL, with the remainder made by Royal Mail. Standard International deliveries are largely made using DPD, with the remainder made by Royal Mail or DHL.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 
Exchange

If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please indicate so in your Returns Form. And follow the returns process as stated below. If the new size/ colour is unavailable we will refund your card and email you to inform you of this.

If you want a different item, you will need to return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

Timothy Everest Returns

Timothy Everest products bought online are only returnable to our website. Please note that all items should be returned to us unaltered* and in their original packaging.

Our standard returns policy still applies.

* No tailoring or alterations to be made to any hems or seams.

 
International Returns

Customs Declaration

If you wish to return any items to us from a country on our international deliveries list, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.

If you require a different size/colour of the same item, or a refund, please indicate this on your Returns Form and follow the returns process outlined below. If the new size/colour is unavailable we will refund your card and inform you of having done so by email.

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us through any postal service of your choice.

UK Store Returns Policy – Store Purchases Only

If you are not completely satisfied with your store purchase we will happily offer an exchange or gift voucher within 28 days of purchase, or a refund within 14 days of purchase, providing the product is returned in the same condition as bought and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are only able to take returns of underwear, swimwear and cosmetics provided that they have not been used and the packaging is not opened or damaged.

This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third parties (including concessions and franchise stores), products bought outside the UK, or personalised or altered products. Products bought online must be returned in accordance with our internet returns policy.


Promotions:

  • Buy one get one free: if you return one of the items you will receive no refund; if you return both items you will receive a full refund.
  • Buy one get one reduced: if you return only one of the items you will receive only the refund for the reduced item; if you return both items you will receive a full refund.
  • Multi-buy (e.g. buy two polo shirts for £60): if you return part of the product bundle then you will have the saving deducted from your refund; if you return both items you will receive a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 
Recycling

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take‐back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like‐for‐like basis.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
