Kira’s career choice is a no brainer. Making it onto the Australian team at a young age Kira has always been an absolute boss in the court. With a personality to match her incredible features, she was quickly snapped up by a number of prestige modelling agencies.
How did you get into your Sport? Talk us through your journey?
I used to play netball for Australia then when I started modelling I kept my love for exercise and now I run every morning and during the week I love to do Pilates classes, boxing and group sessions with my trainer @petercobby
What has been your proudest moment in your career?
I’m most proud of myself for leaving my home in Australia when I was 15 years old and living in Europe alone trying to make it in the modelling world. Yes I’ve done amazing jobs and worked for incredible brands but I think that’s what I’m most proud of in terms of my whole career all together.
What do you look for in active wear?
I look for comfortable leggings that are high rise and not to tight so I feel free when I’m running. Also I need to have outfits that are breathable and light so I don’t get to hot and uncomfortable during my workouts.
What motivational track do you work out too?
I switch on some apple music old R&B playlist to get me in the long run mood.
What is your favourite piece from the Superdry Sport range and why?
I love the new sports leggings, they are my type of legging for sure, comfortable and light weight, perfect for long runs!
What would be your 5 step workout routine for a newbie?
Stretch before everything
Treadmill weather it’s a walk or run
Maybe some body weight squats
5-10 mins of ab workout (I sometimes just YouTube some good ab workouts and follow along)
…cool down, if you gym has pool or sauna that’s a great bonus after a workout!
