I'm a sucker for a good motorcycle jacket, and this makes my second purchase of one. My last purchase was from a higher end design label as well but the difference in quality of the worksmanshhip with Superdry's is really evident to me. What's great about it is that it's so versatile. Jeans and t-shirt? Khakis/ cargos? Dress pants, shirt & tie? It works with all of them. You can throw on a scarf and wear it in the winter. The lining makes it probably too warm for summer but maybe not depending on your tolerances. I'm not the kind of person who gets compliments on his clothes but I'm already several "I like your jacket" comments deep. A practical observation: it's "true to fit" in the most literal of sense, so if you want it to be roomy, go XL.
Bottom line? This is a killer jacket. It ain't cheap but your grandfather's advice of "you get what you pay for" applies here.
