London 2012 has been a huge global event and we’ve made sure that we’re right in the centre of all the action! Our Superdry Stratford City store sits in the heart of Westfield Shopping Centre – the gateway to the London 2012 Olympic Village, so we’ve been attracting our fair share of fans, officials and athletes who have been itching to get their hands on their favourite items!
Some of our famous fans include Team GB’s medal winners, Daniel Purvis and Kristian Thomas, Superdry-sponsored Justin Reid-Ross and the South African mens hockey team. Also making an appearance was Austrian Canoe slalom athlete Corinna Kuhnle, and Charlotte Bonnet and Camille Muffat from the French swimming team, to name but a few.
The athletes picked up some of their favourite Superdry pieces from the store, including windcheater jackets and our AW12 denim that is making its way to store now. You can view our album of Olympic visitors on our Facebook page.

Girlband, The Saturdays are already massive fans of Superdry, so we were tremendously excited when one of the members of the successful British girl band, Mollie King came for another visit! Mollie popped into our new Superdry store at the Westfield Centre in London to stock up on more of our latest collections. Mollie clearly loves our clothes as she was spotted wearing our Superdry Safari Wax Mac teamed with the Superdry Suede Rustler boots during her visit. You will agree she looks amazing and certainly makes wrapping up for winter look effortless!

Last Thursday saw the launch of our newest Superdry store in London’s monstrous Westfield shopping centre. Opened in London’s Shepherd’s Bush, Europe’s largest urban shopping mall has hundreds of big labels which have now been joined by us at Superdry who can’t be missed on the ground floor. Your shopping experience will be unique as you step into our store, with impressive wooden interior fittings and a massive range of our newest collection. We look forward to you visiting!

There are big and exciting plans for Superdry stores down under! In Australia this weekend we saw the opening of the Westfield Sydney City Plaza store where we opened with a blast. For 6 weeks leading up to Christmas we are holding ‘Super Saturday’ events where each first Saturday of a store opening, the first 20 guests who arrive to the store who had RSVP on the Facebook events page will receive a free tee. Not only that, we will be hiding 50 Superdry tins around the centres which will have a leaflet entitling you to a free tee, an instore stylist to help you get the Superdry look with a photographer to show you how good you’ll look, live windows and refreshments (ID required for alcohol). We will be getting those pictures up on Facebook so get tagging if you are in them!
