Spring seems to be a running a bit late this year. Maybe it forgot to put it’s clocks forward an hour back in March!
But when spring and summer does eventually arrive, it’ll no doubt be accompanied by the odd rain storm or two.
So here’s our tip for the summer: be ready with Superdry.
One of our staples for the warmer (wet!) season is the zip through cagoule. Perfect as a layer in the questionable British weather, and perfect for festival season.

Today marks the official launch of Miss Vogue – a UK version of Teen Vogue.

Thursday 11th April 2013 was a big day in the Superdry calendar. not only were we previewing our AW13 collection to the most established Fashion writers, journalists and bloggers in the uk, but we were also getting to launch something big…
And by big we mean The Superdry + Timothy Everest womens sebiro collection!
The biggest names in fashion spent the day in the showroom of our flagship store on London’s famous Regent Street, checking out the collection that will be released later in the year.
Our AW13 collection features well-loved and classic Superdry pieces as well as a new grown-up collection of female tailoring that oozes modern, feminine glamour.
Womens denim has had a major overhaul with new wash techniques for jeans, complete with a vibrant palette of animal prints, dip dyes and unique shades of raspberry and winter green, whilst our menswear takes inspiration from the past with a heavy dose of the new. Think retro fairisle knits in crew and roll neck styles, updated with pops of neon yarn and navajo details.
Our standout attraction, and something that put a smile on the faces of the writers from of Vogue, Grazia, Company Magazine, Elle & GQ to name a few, was our Exclusive Social Media Mirror!
Our guests were given the chance to take their photo on the huge interactive, touch screen mirror and share in real time to their social media pages!
Following the successful launch of the tailored collection for men, the evening saw the unveiling of the new Superdry + Timothy Everest Womens Sebiro Collection to a very packed audience. At 6pm sharp the curtains opened to the new pieces from the exclusive collection. The Town Coat, The Country Rebel, The Rock Rebel and The Muse, designed specifically for the modern women. From ‘Rock Chic’ to ‘Country Rebel, it is a trans-seasonal collection of core tailored staples, which echo unequalled atention to detail, super cuts and the finest quality cloths around.

If you’re an avid fan of our Social Media pages, you’ve probably seen that one of the most popular questions we’re asked on Facebook and Twitter is:
“what products are we loving from the current collection.”
Previously we’ve shouted about our graphic tees, waxed lyrical about our joggers, and make a whole lot of noise about our knitwear, but we’ve recently spotted something that has slipped through our net – the retro gilet.
In colourways that wouldn’t look out of place on the slopes in the 80s (the cool 80s, not the garish 80s!) the Retro Gilet is available for both men and women and is the perfect piece of outerwear to use when layering up.

Exciting things were happening at our store in One New Change shopping centre last Friday – we invited two nail technicians to join us for an afternoon to treat and pamper some lucky Superdry fans!
Our nail bar was jam-packed throughout the day as we got to show off both our spectrum of nail paints and our new Superdry Beauty range.
Customers were also treated to a look at our new SS13 collection while they were being pampered!
…What a great way to spend an afternoon!

We’ve finally reached December and that means one thing: IT’S CHRIIIIIIIIIIISTMAAAAAAAAS!!
To celebrate, we’ll be donning our Santa hats, getting festive in our favourite Christmas knits, sticking on the christmas CD and watching the best christmas films we can find on the box! (all whilst stuffing our faces with mince pies!)
The studio chat this week has been about our favourite Christmas films so we’ve done a bit of a round up and found out what everyone’s fave chrimbo flick is. Here goes!
Adam, our Graphic Design superstar is all about Miracle on 34th street, whilst Steph, our Social Media Assistant is loving a bit of The Muppets Christmas Carol.
Elli and Kat from the Marketing Team can’t get enough of Will Ferrell in Elf!
Daisy, our lookbook co-ordinator is a bit of a stickler for the childhood classics and loves Home Alone (the first two – 3 and 4 were rubbish!)
Some other random ones on the list include Mrs. Doubtfire, Harry Potter, Chicken Run, the Snowman and, wait for it…Overboard!

The Dutchess of Cambridge’s sister is no stranger to Superdry – earlier in the year, she was spotted in a pair of our denims looking oh-so-fabulous in Central London.
Pippa, whilst visiting pregnant Kate with brother James, was seen wearing our now sold out Classic Mackintosh in Stone. Never fear though, you can still get her look in our Vintage City Mac.
She paired the jacket with a pair of boots similar to our Roper Boots and an oversized leather handbag.

2013 will be a beautiful year for Superdry as we’re set to officially expand our existing beauty line with an incredible range of premium cosmetics!
Unveiled to the world’s beauty and fashion press today (Thursday 30th November 2012) our all-encompassing collection is set to feature all the products you’d expect from a beauty collection; including eye shadows, blushers and bronzers, mirrors, tweezers and a nail refinery kit.
We couldn’t help but bring all our fans the news and it’s certainly something we’re excited about!
The real question is…..can you all wait until February 2013 to get your hands on it?!

X Factor judge and ex Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger has been spotted in London recently, head to toe in Superdry!
Nicole wore our Angels joggers, lumberjack shirt and lace rib vest and was looking great whilst taking some time out from filming the live shows.
