Jess has been studying BA (HONS) in Fashion Retail Management at Birmingham City University & started the Superdry Intern Scheme last month where she joined the Marketing, PR & Creative Media teams. We caught up with her & asked her a few questions…

Why do you love Superdry?

I love Superdry because it is a successful, British brand growing stronger & stronger around the world. I am excited for the brands future & I can’t wait to play my part in Superdry’s creative direction.

What is your favourite item of Superdry clothing?

My favourite piece has to be the premium biker jacket. A staple classic that everyone must have in their wardrobes…I LOVE it!

What is your inspiration in life?

To learn as much as I can about something I love & become the best person I can be. My grandma taught me “What’s meant to be will always find a way” and I knew, for me, working for Superdry was meant to be! She was right!

What do you do outside of work?

When I am not working I will most likely be at the gym, socialising & spending time with my family and friends.

Most looking forward to when working with us…

I am most looking forward to working as part of the Superdry family & learning more about the Superdry world. Putting together advertising campaigns, creative concepts and planning future events for Superdry are just a few things I can’t wait to explore.

Don’t forget you can apply to become a superdry intern. Simply send your cv & a cover letter to us at superdryinterns@supergroup.co.uk telling us why you’d love to work with us.
please be aware that our intern scheme application process will not reopen until january 2015

We have launched our first ever Intern Scheme offering the opportunity of a lifetime to 4 very lucky individuals! It’s a one year structured & paid placement as part of The Superdry Academy, working across selected departments. It’s been designed to give our interns an experience to remember as well as adding value to our ever growing company.

They each went through a tough recruitment process to join Superdry & beat over 180 people to get their placement.

Our Interns will be blogging about their experiences at Superdry over the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for their stories…

(L-R) Shogo joins Finance, Jess joins Marketing, Alex joins Garment Tech & Kelly joins Merchandising

If you would like to become a Superdry Intern, send your CV and a cover letter to us at superdryinterns@supergroup.co.uk telling us why you’d love to work with us.

It seems like just yesterday the Superdry brand ambassdors joined us at SDHQ.

Taking on the challenging task of organising the successful student events all over the UK, the brand ambassadors joined us at our HQ in Cheltenham for 8 weeks from their stores in Bicester and Leeds.

The Superdry brand ambassadors have been traveling up and down the county at the events and if you joined us at our flagship Regent Street store you may have even seen Nishat making some shapes to DJ Plastician in the atrium

Now the events are over and the hard work is done for another year, the guys are back in their stores, but here’s a huge THANK YOU from everyone at SDHQ for the countless cups of tea, morning meetings and great events!

..Here’s to next year!
