Denmark. Aarhus. Superdry Store

Last Saturday saw the opening of our new store at the Brunn’s Galleri, Aarhus! Joining us during the day was popular house DJ, KATO, who delighted fans by meeting customers and signing autographs. Wearing our popular Brad Bomber jacket teamed with the Superdry Vintage tee, KATO happily chatted to fans and even managed to fit in an interview! Taking charge of the decks during the day was the talented Danish DJ Maja Malou who set-up outside our new opening.

Also marking the celebration was visual artist Ruth Crone Foster and photography student Jannick Børlum, who both work on IDOART and were our featured bloggers of the day in the lead up to the event. The two creative heads collaborated to create an incredible masterpiece, which can only be described as a dissection and reassembly of Superdry, concentrating on our detailing. Check out the finished piece and some snaps from their shoot, below, which includes their favourite item – the Superdry canvas bags!

Finland. Helsinki. Superdry Store

Last week saw the opening of our new store in the capital of Finland, Helsinki! Superdry can be found in the brand-new Kluuvi Mall in the city centre where fashion-loving guests attended the Mall’s launch. Joining the celebrations were acts, Reino Nordin, Clap Dance and Gracias, much to the delight of the guests!

China. Hong Kong. Flagship Superdry Store

Superdry has officially landed in China with the opening of the flagship store – Hong Kong! To celebrate this landmark we held an exclusive party inviting guests to come and see the new store in all it’s glory; amongst them celebrity guests including Florinda Ho, Real Ting and Alex Lam, who were seen sporting the latest Superdry collections! As well as the celebs and press who flocked to the event, the show saw some familiar Superdry faces including our very own chief executive officer of wholesale and International, Theo Karpathios, alongside many excited colleagues from the UK head office.

The night held it’s very own catwalk show and attendees could try their luck with our specially made Superdry one arm bandit – those who managed to match three graphics in a row won an exclusive Superdry gift! Those who weren’t able to make it to the event still managed to see a glimpse of the Superdry mini’s parading around the city to signal our arrival! UK. Covent Garden. Superdry Twin-Store

The original Superdry Store in Seven Dials, Covent Garden has proved so popular that a second sister store will be opening inside the Thomas Neal Centre.

You are invited down to the twin stores to join the celebration on Saturday 2nd July! The first 100 Superdry fans to spend £50 in-store will receive an exclusive tee in tin (worth £35)*

The stunning new space will showcase Superdry’s premium lines. You are invited to indulge in premium leather footwear, iconic Superdry jackets and the flirty women’s Vintage Thrift line.

The new twin store’s interior exhibits a diverse mix of old meets new. Exposed brick work, distressed timber paneling, iron detailing and oversized rustic tables, all contribute to the distinctive Superdry Store image. Amid Superdry’s key lines, aged mannequins and iconic campaign imagery are featured; all illuminated by unique ‘jam jar’ lights to complete the opulence of the new high-end line store.

UK. Swansea. Superdry store

The Welsh city of Swansea celebrated it’s opening at the end of April to a massive turnout! To mark the event, we offered the first 100 lucky shoppers an exclusive free Superdry tee in a tin. Staff worked extremely hard to make sure Superdry made an impact upon Swansea – our windows were awash with the bright backdrops from our latest campaign images. The eye catching fairground (recognisable from our Vintage Thrift campaign photography) is a feast for the eyes along with industrial accessories in the form of a car front, cogs and wooden crates.

Selfridges. Pop Up Shop. London.

Superdry has joined forces with world famous department store Selfridges for an exclusive womenswear ‘pop up’ shop!

Selfridges first opened its doors on the 15th March 1909 and it happens to be the largest department store on Oxford Street and the second largest in the UK, making it one of the Ultimate shopping experiences for browsing the latest Superdry Spring/Summer range.

The ‘pop up’ shop will showcase the brand’s exciting new women’s wear items including the leather and canvas accessories, premium outerwear and key pieces from the feminine lines; Vintage Thrift and Orange Sewn.

The temporary store is only open from now until 10th May and so get down there and invest in a Superdry future classic!

France. Le Touquet. Superdry Store.

The quaint town of Le Touquet in northern France is now home to a Superdry store! Small but certainly not lacking in activity, the beaches provide the most exciting playground for beach sports!

As a seaside location, there are markets galore of the finest fresh fish and seafood!

Residents will be able to get their hands on our exciting summer range, which includes board shorts ready for the beach!

Spain. Barcelona. Superdry Store.

Last Thursday saw the opening of Spain’s first Superdry Store in Barcelona. The store is located at C/ Provenza 253, between Passeo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, one of the best shopping districts in the city.

The Store opening was well received by the locals and we even had the pleasure of welcoming Xevi Pons and Gerard Farrés both World Champion rally drivers as some of the first shoppers in the store. Check out the store images below.

España ya tiene su primera tienda Superdry.
El pasado jueves 7 de abril se abrió en Barcelona la 1ª tienda Superdry de toda España. Esta se encuentra en uno de los vértices más comerciales de la ciudad: en la calle Provenza 253, entre Paseo de Gracia y Rambla Catalunya. La tienda, que dispone de 200 metros cuadrados, atrajo desde las 17h de la tarde tanto a fanáticos como a curiosos de la marca, impresionados por la iconografía de Superdry, única en la ciudad. Entre todos ellos Superdry tuvo el placer de recibir a dos de nuestros Campeones del mundo favoritos: los pilotos Xevi Pons y Gerard Farrés. A continuación podréis ver una pequeña muestra de nuestra tienda en Barcelona.

France. Strasbourg. Superdry Store.

Our brand-new Superdry Store, which opened on the 1st April, can be found in the French city of Strasbourg located in the Alsace Province that borders with Germany. Strasbourg is a vibrant city famous for its culture, history and beautiful architecture…as well as being the birthplace of Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger!

It is a popular destination for those wishing to enjoy some sightseeing (its Cathedral is the highest Medieval building in Europe) or a day of shopping in the many shops and boutiques that line its streets, making this an ideal location for the new Superdry store. Notre Superdry Store dernier-né a ouvert ses portes le 1er avril, et se trouve à Strasbourg dans la province de l’Alsace à la frontier de l’Allemagne. Strasbourg est une ville animée et célèbre pour sa culture, son histoire et sa magnifique architecture…Sans oublier qu’Arsène Wenger, l’entraîneur du club de l’ « Arsenal », y est né !

USA. Las Vegas. Superdry Store

Across the pond in America, the gambling and entertainment capital – Las Vegas has now got it’s own Superdry store! There has been a great reception for the new opening and Superdry even featured on ABC’s “The Morning Blend” with a few key looks being modelled on the programme, with our U.S marketing manager, Rachel Mansfield talking through the styles! We can be found on the ground floor of the Fashion Show Mall where there are many other top fashion brands. Las Vegas is our fifth opening in the states, joining Superdry in New York, Paramus, Los Angeles and San Francisco!
