Last weekend, the Superdry HQ crew took a trip down to London to take part in the Westfield shopping centre Spring into Summer event.

Joined by Rebecca, Kim and Jercole from our Westfield and Regent Street stores we were giving demos of the complete beauty and fragrance collection with full makeovers for those lucky enough to get themselves a place in the ever growing queue!

Whilst people were waiting we invited all to take a look at the first edition of the Superdry paper and the first edition of Miss Vogue which features 4 summer ready Superdry outfits.

To see more snaps and to join in with the conversation, head over to our Twitter feed.

Spring seems to be a running a bit late this year. Maybe it forgot to put it’s clocks forward an hour back in March!

But when spring and summer does eventually arrive, it’ll no doubt be accompanied by the odd rain storm or two.

So here’s our tip for the summer: be ready with Superdry.

One of our staples for the warmer (wet!) season is the zip through cagoule. Perfect as a layer in the questionable British weather, and perfect for festival season.

Available in store and online in both men’s and women’s fit, there’s no excuse to not be British summer ready

“When it comes to achieving insoucant warm-weather flair, Superdry has got it covered for Spring/Summer 2013.

Superdry. Trinity Leeds. The Live Series.

On Saturday 27th April we well and truly brought the noise to Trinity Leeds Shopping centre as Jacob Banks, Bashy, Amplify Dot, Kay-C and the Dilation DJ’s, took to the stage in our first ever #LiveSeries event.

Getting the crowd hyped pre-event was resident beatboxer, Contrix; and our breakdancer/bodypopper combo of Kieran Lai (of All Stars movie fame) and Issie, who were off the chain!

First to take the mic was Kay-C and what a way to kick things off!

Next up was South London’s finest, Amplify Dot, who dropped her trademark flow and witty lyrics. When she dropped her brand new track, Kurt Cobain, the crowd went wild.

Just as well really as the next act well and truly blew the roof off! His friends know him as ashley thomas, you may know him as the Mixtape Legend, but we know him as the award-winning BASHY!

Spittin’ bars left right and centre, the crowd were up on their feet, in your face, and getting down.

Taking things down a level (which was much needed after Bashy’s high-octane set) was an intimate performance from midlands-born Jacob Banks, who was the headline act of the first ever #LiveSeries

Congratulations to our competition winner Rebecca Edwards, who won the holiday of a lifetime – a 10 day trip to Australia with £500 to spend in the Westfield Superdry store.

Among her 10 days of sea, sand and sun, Rebecca found the time to visit the Botanic Gardens via the Sydney Opera House, checked out Sea Life Sydney and the Wild Life Sydney at Darling Harbour and took in the epic views on a ferry ride from Sydney harbour to Manly.

“We had the most amazing time and are hopefully planning to go back to Australia.”

There’s still a couple of days left for you to enter our competition to win a trip to Miami for you and five friends!

Earlier in the week, we told you about the Superdry magic mirror from our AW13 press day/ Superdry + Timothy Everest Womens Sebiro Collection launch.

Since then, we’ve had lots of questions about where it is and how you can use it. So, we wanted to tell our fans how they can get involved!

The Mirror is currently in our Regent Street flagship store on the ground floor. Using the touch screen, you can take photos of yourself and upload them instantly to your Facebook or Twitter account or e-mail them to a friend.

Not sure about that leather jacket? Upload it and get an instant reply from your friends!

Trying to convince your other half that those denims are the perfect fit? Tweet him and get his feedback there and then!

You can take a look at the people that have already uploaded theirs on twitter by searching for the hashtag #SDREGENTST. Or have a go yourself -it’s still around, but it won’t be around for long!
